Museum House SF

With the year ending I thought of updating and give you a progress report on this project. Paint is done, marble floors and bathrooms, done; the doors are being installed-both inside and out- and moving in started last week. So far it's 95% finished and completely livable, a house that I truly like both as an architecture model and modern dwelling. It has every bit of technology there is to be had from filtering HVAC and water filtering, to CCTV surveillance and intercoms throughout. Building codes are sustainable using only natural and recyclable materials such as aluminum, stone, marble, concrete, safety glass(double pane), steel, and wood.
