What I like about this project is that they placed special interest in the shape without conforming to the context, thus creating the opportunity to improve the area and open the path to new and exciting architecture to finally put this city on the International level. It has been said that "Luck Favors the Prepared" and it has been proven again and again, because the more you make yourself ready the more you'll be able to achieve once the situation ( and 'if' ) presents itself. To say this is common sense bears nothing on the true meaning of your actions, for the perfect situation seldom happens, so you have to adjust with the resources available and present at such time if it were the case...

What I mean by all this is simply that one cannot take little things for granted, little things like phone numbers, weather conditions, popular culture, common and current affairs, they will get you out of trouble, so pay attention to your surroundings and you'll live to see many opportunities come and most of them will have nothing to do with Luck.
